We use UK mail, as we consider them to be the most reliable, unfortunately it seems not all the local depot drivers have the same standards, we apologize on their behalf and hope it will not put you off shopping with us again.

We are very sorry you have not received you bed yet, unfortunately this is due to a lack of stock at the Manufacturers, they are expecting more in around the middle of this month, when we then receive your item we will get it to you as soon as possible.Sorry for any inconvenience or disappointment caused.

I am sorry to hear we are losing you, we do try to keep our delivery charges as low as we can, the £4.95 on all Home Wares, covers large or small deliveries, so we hope we can tempt you back soon.
Customer service was brilliant, my dinner set was delivered quickly and very well packed, I did have a problem with a very slight mark on one plate, of which I sent a photo and I received another...

Thank you for your feedback, as a small family run business, we cannot always compete with big multiples , but we can make sure our customer service is up there with the best.
Website was easy to use, I was advised of when to expect my order and I was emailed to say that it was ready for collection. We collected it from Fakenham store with no problem excellent service...

Delivery charge on goods sent (spent over £300), would expect it to be free at that spend and also no free returns. Almost alll online retailers have free returns.
