Quick delivery. Item packaged well but was in a box that was needlessly large. Hence 4* given rather than 5*

Thank you for you feedback, our ware house team try very hard to get the balance right between making sure the item arrives in perfect condition and keeping packaging to a minimum and will often recycle stock boxes, which may have been the case on this occasion, your comments will be passed on.
Genuine, old-fashioned customer service, no false bonhomie! Aldiss, we noted, generally have on sale what you want.
