The scales lady was excellent and very knowledgable, however, one month later I'm still waiting for my mattress to arrive ! I'm not very happy with this service.

I am sorry to hear you are not happy with our service, I am not sure if you noticed on this item it does say "Available to order (allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery)" this time will also be affected by the Christmas period, I have heard from the Norwich store you have now been informed you item is due into our distribution centre so should be with you soon.
