Items arrived promptly, as described and well packaged. It was early January, so at peak sale time. I would definitely recommend and will be looking to purchase items from here again.

Product was fine but no notification when it came in and when I contacted the number given with the order they said they didn't kniow and to contact the store.

I am sorry you did not receive the email letting you know when your item would be ready for collection, this was our fault and for that I apologize, it is something we should always send. I am however confused with the telephone number issue, as the number we give out is the store switchboard, which covers both Fakenham and Norwich.
Very glad you liked the product.

Assistant was knowable but not pushy. Tried to get a item ordered from the warehouse but you were out of stock. Transaction was gone quick but not rushed at the till and the assistant wish us good...
