When my dinner set turned up with two broken plates i simply had to email a picture of broken articles and i had replacements in less than 72 hours. Courteous and efficient

I am sorry to see you rate us so low, as I am a little confused as to why you think your order should have been delivered, the item is a special order made to your choice of fabric and wood colour, our web site states delivery time Available to Order (8 to 10 weeks for delivery) we are now on week 5, plus your confirmation email order, stated Delivery Instructions:[Estimated delivery Fri 27 Apr] I have resent your original email in case you deleted it in error.
I am sure your chair will be with you within the time scales quoted.
