first read, we went straight to your order history notes, to see what we had
done, that went very wrong for you with this particular order, so we could apologize
and rectify were necessary, we found we
had amended your order at your request to a different Tempur pillow, so all ok
there, a few days later your order was delivered to you without incident, and we
have had no contact from you regarding any problems with this transaction or
products. We really are sorry, if we have done something wrong we are unaware of concerning this order.
