A little confused about cost issues, you opted to collect from Norwich store, which is on a retail park that does not have pay machines, parking is free for 3 hours, and that can be overridden by entering your vehicle reg in a machine just inside our store. The item you paid for online was collected at the price you paid, no refund has been requested.

Lovely set of plates at a good price. Only downside was the poor packaging, as this meant one of the bowls had to be replaced. Customer service support was good.
