A very well prepared and easy to read and understand booklet presentation, giving instructions of how the chosen plan will work, also providing reassurance of continued support, with a 24 hour phone...
We had set an Age Co funeral plan up for my Mother and when she died it was so easy to arrange her Funeral, no fuss all sorted very quickly. This prompted my husband and I to go ahead and set ours up...

I would recommend them and buy again but5 in our case a joint plan they have myself and my husband living at different addresses we have phoned to put it right and the gentleman could see the mistake...
