On arrival at the centre the staff were friendly and helpful, however once in the car I expressed my concern that I was very uncomfortable and the seat did not suit a person with a long back, I was told once we got going I would get used to it , I never completed the laps as I was in a lot of pain and my wife had to drive me home where I took pain killers and slept it off, today I still have a stiff neck and promised my self NEVER to do this again. I understand the need to be strapped in firmly but not bent over in a hollowed out seat with no back support. Before leaving the centre one of the staff on seeing me bent over asked if I had enjoyed it and I expressed to him the very bad seating I had endured, he made the comment that he also found the seating not good and only drove the Holden cars.

Following on from the comments above, it would be impractible to have racing seats that fit all different body shapes, however all efforts must be made to ensure that the experience is the best it can be, perhaps the staff need to be given training in correct posture or rmore time spent listening to the client making sure the seating is the best it can be, the helmit position on the back of the seat forced my head forward, and the seat was too close to the pedals, I would have prefered to have been placed in another car.
