Thanks for your very positive feedback about how our service was excellent, how responsive and competitive we are. I have looked at the quotation that we sent to you and the full amount that you paid was quoted as the headline price i.e. premium including fee. Over the last 15 years it has become a common industry practice to charge fees as the cost of meeting regulation requirements has risen significantly whereas insurance premiums have not kept pace!
