Thank you for your kind review of Abbotts in Colchester. I am pleased to read that the branch team were personable, communication was adequate for you and that in general you received a good service. I am sorry if you felt our fee did not represent as good value as an online agent may be able to offer. We do always aim to get you the best price for the property and in the back ground we do use our company size to match your property out to all applicable potential buyers in all our Abbotts' branches, as well at showcasing your property online with 97% of property portals providing your property with further coverage than you would typically get from an online agent.
