Service from supplier was fine but the service from the delivery company was appalling. I have had problems with this delivery company before and will never re-order from any company that uses them.

Thank you for your feedback. I am very sorry that you had an issue with delivery - I have looked at the courier tracking on our system and can see that there were issues and I know we spoke at the time. I will take up your comments with our Manager at Interlink so the depot is aware of your feedback.
Long delay between order and goods actually shipped.

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry you felt the shipping was slow for your Gurteen Trousers. I can see you chose Royal Mail rather than our Courier service for your delivery method to Sweden - shipping is slower using this service which is reflected in the cost.
