2 months after placing the order I am still waiting for it's delivery without any proactive communication from mower magic's side

Thanks for your disappointing feed back- your item was shipped on the 3rd July and we sent you a shipping email. You need to be patient and perhaps buy from your own country if you are not prepared to wait.

I ordered and paid for the Luba 2 Front Hub Motor from Mower Magic three weeks ago, but I still haven't received it. Meanwhile, both my grass and my impatience keep growing.

Thanks - we sent you the items in good faith - you need to allow time for them to ship internationally. It is pretty bad form to give a one star review when we have fulfilled the order.

Your item was sent - you need to allow time for it to get to your country. Also you need to direct comments about the performance of your machine to Mammotion - we are not Mammotion and we did not sell the machine to you.
