I was a bit premature. They have respond ed after all. If done as being said, i will receive spare magnets. So good service after all.

Product is exactly as described and arrived on time packed very well.
The item has not yet arrived here. Usually your stuff arrives within a week or so.
It may be stuck in customs or stolen?

I am please to hear that sometimes it only takes a week or so for parcels to reach you. However in our experience the postal service from the UK to Canada is often pretty slow, and anything from 3 - 5 weeks is not unusual. I would hope your parcel will be with you soon.
