I am sorry your order has not arrived yet. The order was placed on December 10th and we shipped on December 11th, so it has been 3 weeks in transit so far. This order specified International Standard (formerly known as Air Mail) and although the Royal Mail states 7 - 10 working days for parcels to reach worldwide destinations, we know from experience that US Customs and the US Department of Homeland Security screen most if not all packages sent to the US from abroad, and this can add a further delay. Sometimes it seems to us that it can add 2 - 3 weeks to the shipping time. While we understand their need to be cautious, it is just as frustrating for us when packages are slow to arrive as it is for our customers. International Standard does not offer tracking numbers. We do offer other shipping methods that do have tracking numbers, but they are of course more expensive. Hopefully your package will be with you soon. Hendrik Ball
