An update. Still don't answer the phone. In addition they don't call back when you leave a message either. As an example I rang at 9.01am today, 13/10/25 (no answer so had to leave a message to call me). I rang again at 11.30am (someone actually answered and said someone would call me back). I rang again at 16.33pm with no answer and only an answer phone for conversation. People who have viewed have come to the house and complained that their calls are not being answered too.

An update. Despite my misgivings as a result of their poor office etiquette answering the phone, I have to admit that they appear to have come up with the goods. In terms of viewings and liaising with prospective buyers, they walked the walk, so to speak.. Have received an offer, and from valuation to asking price offer took them 5 weeks. A pat on the back is deserved for that.
