The agent spike well of the company. She was confident. She seemed to know her job thoroughly. She was the only one of the three to measure the rooms there and then. She had a nice manner.

We will never use them again.

The good bit- they sold the property. They do not return calls. They do not keep to their promises wrt phoning back. Messages left were not acted upon. They changed the locks on our garage without...

Hi there, thank you for taking the time to leave a review of your experience with us on Feefo. We're sorry that you feel as though the service offered only warranted 1*. We strive to offer the best in customer service and it is disappointing to hear that we might have missed the mark here. Having spoken to the Branch Manager I have been informed that the exchange was threatened if the prospective buyer could not gain access to the garage (the keys to which had been lost by a third-party). Changing the locks was deemed the appropriate and responsible course of action in order to progress the sale of the property as well as to ensure that the lost key couldn't be used if found. Admittedly, the sale of this rental property did take a little longer than anticipated but the branch was waiting on a management pack from Remus which did add to the prospective timescales. We are deeply sorry that you were disappointed in the service offered and can only apologise for any inconvenience caused, however, we hope that you can appreciate that in some cases incidents out of our control can cause unexpected delays. Friendly.

I thought the staff at the Warwick branch were very friendly and prompt but more attention to detail was needed when writing up the draft property description.
