Your policy payouts are quiet less than others in comparison, I only realized this after having taken up a policy with you, honestly I should have gone the hippo comparison route first.

Their service is good however their payments options are restricted to debit order customers. They should consider customers paying by cash

1Life is prompt in resolving customer enquiries, but sometimes the amended policy documents are never sent as promised. However, overall I would recommend it to anyone.
