Thanks for leaving some feedback on your recent bass purchase & I’m sorry to hear that things didn’t work out how we’d all have liked. The Thunderbird bass bags have been a problem all year – it looks like one of our suppliers is about to receive a shipment of these, but they haven’t been available from any of our suppliers for about 3 months. As for the item getting damaged in transit, I can only apologise for that – we changed to UPS earlier in the year in an effort to improve our courier service, but unfortunately shipping damage is still a problem in some cases. I’m glad that the item has been returned & refunded now, and hope that if you chose to shop with us again you’ll have a better experience. Kind Regards, Lee Anderton.

Thank you for taking the time to leave some feedback with us. We have had a terrible supply problem on 2 types of bag this year. Semi Acoustic bags & Thunderbird bass bags have been out of stock with everyone for 3-4 months. I tried to source the bags from 5-6 suppliers & they either didn’t make that shape, or were out of stock. Anyway, the good news is that the Semi Acoustic bags have just arrived & we’ll be shipping them out for delivery early next week.
