We specifically paid extra for a Saturday delivery and the order was only delivered on Monday, which doesn't make any sense.

I am very sorry DPD let you down with their delivery on the Saturday as we did despatch on time with the correct delivery method. We will be taking his up with them straightaway to find out what happened.
