Hi there, sorry to hear this. I can see that you chose Royal Mail as your delivery method which is being affected by ongoing strikes but we would hope it is delivered asap. Please get in touch if it doesn't arrive shortly.

The service was very good and I loved the dispatch email paying homage to my package. Very nice touch. I am very happy with the quality of my coasters. From start to finish excellent.

Terrible picture quality and was stretched to the original picture I sent in,emailed you and was ignored! Terrible picture cost £63 I can’t even put up because of the quality of it
