All sorted, issue was down to Royal Mail, zippi customer services are 100% reply to issues promptly, another order made today!

Excellent service, going to order a lot more pictures AAA
The glass wasn't secured into its frame properly and was scratched. So had to take it apart to refit myself, causing lots of wood fibres and dust to get onto my print.

Hi there, I am very sorry to hear this. Its sounds like your product may have got damaged in transit as all framed prints leave here securely fastened. If you would like to send us some photos of the scratches and then we can get a replacement sent out.
