Hi Christopher - I think there is some confusion about your order. We issued two payments for this order. Unfortunately, the first check 1510 was sent out without being endorsed. On January 15 we sent you this email:Hello-I wanted to let you know that your check 1510 for Orders 21743, 876 was sent out in error without being signed. So, we have VOID that check and are sending a new check 1471 out to you today. Please shred the initial check when you receive it.We are sorry for the confusion and inconvenience.Then, on January 17 you deposited check 1510 and since it had been VOID by us, it never cleared your account. Then, on January 21 you deposited check 1471 into your account and it DID clear. So, you were paid $549.09 for your $762.63 in Nordstrom card value which was the offer that you received.Can you please double check your records? We would be happy to send over a copy of the cleared checks.

Hi Tierra- I am showing check #1206 was issued 12.02.19 for your order 21292. You cashed the check at NJ Liquor and they deposited it at Comerica Bank. It cleared our account on 01.09.20. If you would like, I can send a scan of the front and back of the check. Please let us know.
