We are so sorry that you had this experience. I have checked our records and we did not receive either of your first two emails, I am looking into why that is as a matter of urgency. We always do our best to put an issues right as soon as we find out about them. I completely understand your frustration and I sincerely apologise that this has happened. Having spoken with Lucy this morning, I am exceptionally impressed by the speed and service I have received in order to get this situation resolved and with the resolution itself. I am now confident that this was just a one of error and in no way indicative of the normal level of service that customers can hope to receive.
