Bad delivery time.

It took at least two full weeks or more to get the order. It was also hard tracking the order and where it is. I realize that some of this is due to the bad POST OFFICE services, but not entirely...

Yarn Selection...Yarn Cost....Customer Service....ALL Outstanding

The Customer Service Team was very helpful & patient while processing the order. It had to be done the old fashioned way....by phone since the new website was not fully functioning correctly.
