Once returned items arrive at our warehouse, it can take a few working days (Monday–Friday) for the team to log them into the system and process the refund. During busy periods, this may take a little longer than usual, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.

According to the tracking details, your order was marked as delivered on February 9th. If you have not received the package, we recommend checking with your neighbours or anyone else at your address who may have accepted the delivery on your behalf.
If the order still cannot be located, please contact us at customerservice@yarn.com and confirm the delivery address used for the order. We will, of course, look into this further with the carrier.
Regarding product availability, we do strive to restock our products regularly. However, manufacturing and shipping delays can sometimes affect the availability of certain colours and yarn lines.
