Item not received yet due to postal strike delays, wish they had used another courier and then item would have arrived in good time. Now been waiting over a week and no idea when it will turn up as...

Hello, thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. We are really sorry to hear your parcel hasn't arrived with you yet, as you mentioned in your review this is due to postal strikes which are currently causing delays. This is completely out with our control and we are trying our absolute best to get parcels out to customers on time. The postal strikes are causing delays across the whole courier network, so even when we use other couriers we cannot guarantee delivery within the two days. Upon checkout on our website there is a message above the 'proceed to checkout' button where we explain that delivery times are less reliable than usual, and that there is also a knock-on effect with other couriers. This is also mentioned again in your order confirmation.
