Hmmmmm not a positive experience
Well the items didn't fit due to wrong size being chosen for some reason by me, but thats my fault in that way.. So had to return them, but that cost me another £9 due to the weight of the 3 items...

I can see from your original order that your order was a 38R in all sizes and these were sent back for a 36R. As your original order arrived with you this deemed this contract fulfilled and this is why we would not offer a refund on the original shipping.
Unfortunately free returns are something we currently don’t cover. We as a business are always striving to supply the best customer experience and this is something we are looking to hopefully supply in future.

Updated Review! Other than the original delivery and return fees situation, once VOI received the items back they checked stock of correct size i needed, and one item wasn't in stock so they contacted me and I managed to get a different design instead for the same value, and VOI then quickly issued the new items in the right size out to me. I received them quickly too, and they fit really nicely. Good movement in the material so you don't feel restricted, comfy round the legs and butt. Nice ripped design with the internal patching too. Good buy overall, will look at getting more soon. Now they have been given 5 stars instead of the original 3 stars as the customer service was really good in the end. A quick note for customers as there had been confusion when trying to contact someone- the email address for contacting customer service is info@voijeans.com ...
Originally website gave a link of info@voilondon.com, but on further checking the actual one to contact is the voijeans.com email above... so I hope this helps anyone who may have an issue currently or if in the future.
