We are glad to hear you enjoyed the tour overall, but are sorry to hear that some of the Adventure Leaders did not offer enough communication or information throughout the trip. We will look at how we can improve the quantity of information provided.

They provided stop offs in countries I wouldn’t normally book myself enabling me to feel safe and enjoy myself! Each guide was helpful and friendly.

Our tours are designed to be fast-paced to cover a diverse range of activities and excursions, with flexibility for our travellers. We offer unguided time, as well as optional activities to ensure our travellers do have time to do things at their own pace. We apologise if there were times where it felt rushed with not a lot of time to eat or rest.
We are working with our Japan Team to improve the itinerary for future travellers in hopes that whilst ensuring they can experience Japan to its fullest, with considerations for taking time to rest, physical abilities and more.
