Thank you for your feedback. Please accept my apologies that you were not able to track your order.
Unfortunately, with our standard 3-5 working day Royal Mail delivery service we are not able to offer tracking on this due to the type of delivery it is. We are only able to offer tracking with our next working day delivery service as this is a signed for service by a courier.
