I made a reservation and paid in advance. However, I had to cancel that reservation shortly afterwards. The cancellation process was simple. Additionally, the refund was processed promptly.

Terrible. I booked the wrong dates went to cancel and lost half my money
Horrible. I booked a hotel on the wrong dates. Went to change and hour later and lost half my money to cancelation fees.

the booking process was easy and efficient but on arriving at the booked accommodation there was false advertising. The unit we booked was to have a king size bed at the accommodation it was a queen...
