Thank you for your review, however, we are sorry to see that you rated us with one star. The review request was in relation to the purchase you made through overselves at Sunset Harbour, which I would have thought you would have been happy with as the transaction went smoothly and the transfer of ownership from the seller into your name was completed within 40 days (well within our 90 day guidline). From your comment, it appears you are not happy with the fact that we have not yet sold your week in Scotland for you. This could be due to many reasons (low season week, price your are seeking etc).
We can assure you that your late November week is fully registered for sale with us and if we receive any buyers enquiries, or offers on your week, these will be communicated to you straight away.

They kept me informed throughout the process, and was always available to explain anything that I didn't understand.
I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to family and friends.
