I find the overall levels of service from woodhouse to be very disappointing and actually quite arrogant.
They also did not honour a promotion that was sent to me.

I am sorry you are dissatisfied with our Customer Service. We regularly offer discount codes and pre-sale codes and at the same time we are re-evaluating costs of items to provide the most competitive price for our customers. We do try to honour discount codes after they expire but sometimes we are unable to do so down to the current cost of the garment.

We were offering a free pair of socks with orders over £100 and provided a discount code for this which zero'd out the cost. Our website only allows one discount code per transaction and I can see from your order you already used a 5% discount code therefore you were charged for the socks. We offer a 28 day returns policy so there is an option to return the socks for a refund.
