Thank you for your feedback.
Apologies you were unsatisfied with the delivery service received.
I have had a look at the tracking for both your orders and unfortunately there is no mention of any changes to the delivery or instructions. As a result Evri may not have received them in time prior to delivery to update it.
I have passed on your feedback to Hermes in regards to leaving the parcels on the doorstep. However for future deliveries with us, we have introduced a premium delivery service which guarantees all parcels go with DPD and not Hermes.
If you have further queries please don't hesitate to get in contact with our customer service team, they will be happy to assist you further.

We do apologise that your parcel did not arrive on time.
Unfortunately as we did not receive any communication to state there was an issue with your delivery, we were not aware of the problem. I can see the parcel has since been successfully delivered.
