Hi Gregory, Thank you for the feedback. We are sorry to hear about the problem you have had with the delivery. As we ship our goods from the UK to the EU, there can be delays in the postal service due to customs. Our admin team will be working on getting this part to you, but once the item is in the postal service, we are unable to intervene with customs, so this can cause delays.
