We are sorry that you were unhappy with the service, and were surprised by your comments as our UK prices displayed throughout the website are inclusive of VAT.
Some overseas customers are not required to pay VAT, but if your order is for the UK, it has to be included.
You can check the cost of your order in the ‘Shopping Basket’ at any point whilst you are browsing the site, and also see clearly how much, if anything, you will have to pay for postage. The total you have in the basket is shown, and we are also required to indicate how much of that price is comprised of VAT, so we show the grand total both inclusive and exclusive of VAT.
