They canceled my order and it was a Christmas gift, and then randomly on Christmas Eve re did the order and shipped it. Gift never came in time

I ordered something on November 26th for Christmas and it didn't ship until I believe Christmas eve, I won't be receiving it until tomorrow (27th). Not terribly pleased with that.
