The item I purchased arrived as stated, packed well enough and in good condition. Their prices were very competitive and I would have no hesitation in recommending them or using them again.

Hi,

I'm sorry that you weren't happy with the bistro set and service you received.  I can see from the notes on your order that the wrong picture was displayed online as the manufacturer changed the design slightly before shipping without notifying us.  This has now been updated online.  The design change was minimal and in no way reflected us trying to promote a better quality product or deceive people.  We believe the bistro set you were sent represents great value for money at £85 and we also offer more luxurious bistro sets up to £300 a set if you wanted a higher quality.  I can also see that the item was collected and a refund to your credit card has already been processed prior to your review.
