Hi Peter, We're really sorry to hear about the attitude problem with our hauliers driver. We have taken this matter up with the haulier in an attempt to figure out what on earth happened. Please could you pass our apologies on to your wife - there is never any excuse for unpleasant behaviour from a driver. Please accept our unreserved apologies about this. Kind regards Stuart
