Thank you for reaching out. I’m sorry to hear that your experience didn’t meet expectations—both yours and ours. I’d like to provide some clarification from our side. My colleague Kevin, who handled your repair, noted that the pump arrived with a dent on the top. This may have been due to the pump not being drained before shipping, which resulted in the contents of the box being quite wet upon arrival damaging any outer packaging. Regarding your email, I sincerely apologise for any frustration this has caused. We’ve checked our inboxes but haven’t been able to locate any emails from you. We truly apologise for any inconvenience and miscommunication and hope to have the opportunity to provide a better experience in the future.
