Welcome back! Thanks for your comments about the organisational aspect of your tour and we are happy the service you received met and exceeded your expectations. We understand and appreciate your comments relating to the Giant Buddha located in Leshan and we have improved this aspect of the tour for our 2016/17 departures to explore more of the area and the opportunity to scale the top of the Buddha! It is feedback such as this which has facilitated the improvements to out tours -so we would like thank you! We are please you otherwise had an amazing trip and would be delighted to welcome you back in the not too distant future. Kind regards, Lorraine

We requested quiet room which did not get through to the hotels. Fortunately our group leader was able to liaise with reception to resolved an issue which should not have arisen in the first place.

Welcome home from your great Golden triangle tour and we were delighted to hear you have enjoyed your time with us and our staff in China have been able to enhance the enjoyment of your tour. Due to varying flights and arrival times of our passengers, meals usually commence at dinner time but your comments relating to the this have been duly noted. We would love the change to show you other parts of Asia in the not too distant future. Kind regards, Lorraine
