Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your detailed feedback on areas you feel could have been enhanced in regards to information received when booking your tour with us. We understand that some aspects of our tours do require more walking than others, which is why we make sure each tour is identified as either; comfortable, moderate or an active pace. Wendy Wu also provide an estimated amount of walking time in the day to day itinerary found in each tour dossier. We are delighted to hear that all of your hotels included hair dryers, however we note that this is not always the case for every hotel our groups may visit, as the hotels vary. Pleasing to see that you have rated both the service received and product as excellent and will make a note of the areas you feel could be improved upon!
