Very disappointed that the tour of South America departs from Gatwick and returns to Heathrow. I now have to travel via Madrid and that takes much, much longer.

Thank you for your feedback. Our Best of South America tour is based on flights with BA out of Gatwick and into Heathrow so we can offer our customers direct flights in both directions. As you were keen to depart and arrive from the same airport, it is necessary for you to travel via Madrid on your outward journey because BA do not operate a direct flight between Heathrow and Lima.
