Initial process was very good, telephone advisor excellent. I found the form filling time consuming as there was no advance notice of the items that would be required prior to starting (Photos etc.)

My booking was handled quickly and professionally, the call handler was knowledgeable and looked at a number of flights so that I could compare flight times and costs .
