Thank you for your feedback and we are sorry to hear we didnt meet your expectations.

We felt that the team here showed a degree of understanding and dealt with your situation sympathetically. With regards to the time it took to sell the property, our appraisal of the property and suggested asking price were given in July 2015 with a view to summer marketing at which point we feel, the property would have sold more quickly.

It eventually came to the market at the quietest time, just 4 weeks before Christmas and we found a buyer 7 weeks into the new year. In the meantime you instructed another agent a little while before we agreed the successful sale.

Thank you for the reply I appreciate the comments Roger, and whenever I asked for feedback I got it, It was a very stressful time and we were guided by Webbers concerning price etc. I felt a lower price at the start would have been more realistic in the circumstances, not to build our hopes up.
