I have not received my first 2 issues of the magazine on time. I am considering cancelling my subscription.

Issue 474 did not arrive. I waited several days before contacting Web User, who sent me an e-mail, informing me that a replacement would be dispatched ASAP.
It arrived today (31/05/2019)
