They won't let you leave
Tried to cancel my subscription. They say someone will call you and I had to pick a time for that call. Went through that process and no-one called. Tried AGAIN and still no call. Customer service is...

We've included this step in the past, as any feedback really helps us as we continue to learn and grow. We're actually removing this step over the next few weeks, after receiving similar comments that it isn't ideal for customers. We'll investigate why you didn't receive your call, but in the meantime, we've found and cancelled your subscription for you. You won't receive any further deliveries from us. Unable to cancel subscription
I cancelled my order via email twice but still received a package. I even tried the call back option and no one called me back.
