The CBD Sleep product has definitely improved my sleep quality. Insomnia is a curse but this has definitely helped, especially with getting back to sleep if waking during the night.

I’ve been using it for 2 weeks now, I find it easy to use and have definitely noticed my sleep is better and I’m less anxious. Would recommend. I intend to purchase for my Dad to help him sleep.

Not as effective as I hoped.
Most likely it's fine for slight sleep disruption not insomnia per se.
I did feel.comfortable and relaxed.taste was fine.
