Sorry that you were unhappy with our product and service on this occasion. From looking into your order for you we cannot see any issues with the print quality and feel the image you designed online and were emailed automatically after ordering is a good representation of the product received. We use a flat polyester material for our lanyards and find that the majority of our customers find our material both robust and appealing. Customer Services

The delivery company failed to deliver the lanyards to us and there was some delay…
The delivery company failed to deliver the lanyards to us and there was some delay in us receiving them as they had to be re-printed. However, Claire was excellent in trying to resolve the problem.
