Visa is actually provided by air companies so it was a waste of money.

Thank you for your feedback. I have however some information that I’m hoping would encourage you to reconsider your assessment of our service: Visas are provided by The Cuban Consulate in London and selected Travel Companies like ourselves, not airlines. Virgin Atlantic do keep a limited stock of visas at the airport for emergencies (i.e. lost visas or errors on issued visas), availability is not guaranteed, and they charge for it (between £30 - £50 on top of the ticket) It is possible also to request a visa directly from the Cuban consulate but applications must be made in person, which doesn’t help much travellers living outside London. We issue visas nationwide and the service is the cheapest and fastest available. I'd be very thankful if, in light of these new facts, you would reconsider re-assessing your opinion on our service Kind regards, Joe Nelson Visa Cuba Representative
